There are certain games you can play in life. I use the term to illustrate that there are different systems, subject matters, and/or paths to pursue in life.
School is a game, work is a game, building a family is a game. We are surrounded by an infinite supply of games to play (choices to make with regards to what we want to apply our limited time and energy towards).
The essence of this analogy is to illuminate that there are different games for different people. In the same way that one might enjoy playing Starcraft, another another may enjoy playing Stardew Valley more. Someone might generally enjoy real time strategy games, and others may enjoy competitive shooters. Everyone is entitled to what they fancy.
I have this core belief that it doesn't actually matter what game you choose to play, but it is important to pick a game (or a few) and at the very least, try to play them well.
